Are you selling machines right now?
No. US imports are on hold until further notice because the ongoing situation in Ukraine has disrupted manufacturing and supply. We won't take your money for a machine we can't deliver. Join the waitlist and you'll be first to know when imports resume.
When will imports resume?
Honestly, we can't give a timeline. It depends on conditions at the factory in Vinnytsia stabilizing enough for reliable production and export. We'll update waitlist members directly — no vague "soon."
What about warranty and parts?
The factory offers a 3-year warranty on major components (blades, belts, and clutch cams — the wear parts — are excluded, and gasoline engines carry a separate 1-year engine-manufacturer warranty). When US sales begin, warranty and parts support will be administered in the US, not shipped from Ukraine.
Are these firewood processors?
No — and we won't market them as such. A US firewood processor cuts logs and hydraulically splits them into cordwood. Arpal's AM chippers turn branches into coarse fuel chunks ("chunkwood") for solid-fuel boilers; the M-series shredders make fine calibrated chips. Different machines, different jobs.
Will the gasoline models be available in the US?
That's still to be determined. Gasoline-powered equipment needs US emissions certification (EPA, and CARB for California) before it can legally be imported and sold. The PTO-driven models carry no engine and don't face that hurdle, which is why they're our lead candidates.
I'm a dealer. Should I get in touch?
Yes — select "Dealer inquiry" on the waitlist form. We're not appointing dealers while imports are paused, but we're collecting interest for when that changes.
